Yes, I only used 100 ml which I believe equals about 3 ounces. I have tried taking more oil but it always ends with throwing up. Go figure.
It wasn't really all that different, I just felt much worse than usual. I don't think I will do coconut oil again, it tasted too bad. Next flush will be with sunflower oil as usual as I have got great results with it. If you want to try coconut oil for candida, go for extra virgin, mine was not and that probably influenced the results.
