The liver acts like a filter filtering out the toxins to protect your body. When you do a Liver Flush you are removing the toxic buildup (some of it with one flush) so not doing a colonic afterwards will lead to having the toxins that were released from the liver travel through your blood stream which makes all of the symptoms you were explaining. It isn't fun having those toxins travel through your body so a colonic or some sort of Colon Cleanse is VERY important.
