I have spent YEARS researching and I still dont know how to heal my body. I;m thrilled u found ur answer, but I would not be able to live off of leafy greens, 1 chicken leg, almonds, and steamed veggies. Your entire day is one meal for me, lol.

I have no food addictions, but I have severe bacterial/fungal infections, poor immune system and other health issues.

I wish I found my answer, but I dont have it. Nystatin is not a killer for my infections. the only meds that will kill them are cipro, sulfa, and some other type of anti-fungal. I dont want to resort to those.

I cant do kefir b/c there are reports that kefir can make yeast/fungal infections worse.

I'm starting to eat sauerkraut, but I don't have the means to make it myself bc i cannot afford a big crock in which to ferment it (they cost over $100). Do u know of a cheaper option I can use to make kraut? I read that a 5 gallon container of stainless steel, ceramic, or glass works best, but IDK where to find something that large, for cheap!

Again, if u have any adivce on the 3 diets, it would help.
