Have u tried fermented cod liver oil? WAPF recommends it...it does not go rancid and is easier on the system.

Have u considered trying a modified version of Bees (less fat, more protein and veg)? I know I can't do 5.5 TBS VCO and all that butter, but I can get closer to it than what I am doing now.

What supplements ARE u taking, james?

Do u agree with her stance on probiotics?
