Yes I routinely burn food, forget to write every fifth letter of words, and then every fifth word in a sentence. I can scarcely recall words I wish to use from my once rich vocabulary. I simply skip things in my memory recall... I have had this for at least five years but much worse lately. I find reams of text or heavily data scary as I can't concentrate.
I place fridge items in the cupboard and vice versa, I forget what I did last night most mornings and can barely remember song lyrics to fav songs.
My friends think its vagueness but I know its way more than that... I also have strange scents that don't exist, a feeling of pressure on the very tip of my head,
Migrains, dizziness, vertigo, loss of balance etc etc
