Oh I very much believe emotions our toxic to our bodies. I forget the map but it's said each organ holds certain emotions. Even subconsciously our emotions affect our personality on a day to day basis. I still have unknown subconscious scarring from my father leaving and killing himself. I just recently was seeing a NFT doctor to release these suppressed emotions and be able to accept them and realize it's not in my control or my fault. The Valium creates a veil around me though, so I'm desensitized to most therapies in this nature. Once I'm off the Valium I would love to pursue something like this further.
