Thanks. I'm hesitant to use anti fungals like that, so it may take me a little time to get up the courage to do it. I'm being more aggressive with nasal wash now--using hydrogen peroxide, baby shampoo, and three packets of saline in my nasal wash (hypertonic). I'm getting some good results. It seems to be drying out my sinuses inside in a lower area of the sinus cavities, near my top teeth (feel pressure there when I wash them, and some sort of "feeling" there). I'm getting a good amount of yellow mucus from there as well, similar to what I was coughing up.

This is confusing because I could breathe through my nose most of the time, but had this constant very clear mucus coming out of my nose that I had to blow lots. But since I could breathe better through my nose than I could several months ago (after much nasal wash and such), I assumed my sinuses were getting better.

But this doesn't seem to be the case--there is still apparently an area in my sinuses that is inflamed or something--but it isn't closing off my sinuses completely for some reason--until I wash them out. Then everything feels a little more refreshed, but swollen and closed up as well.
