Thanks. I've been taking chlorella, spirulina, cilantro, raw garlic and such to try to remove the metals. I've also taken other supplements as well. I did my first liver cleanse almost two weeks ago, got out lots of "stones." And I take bentonite/psylium husk/caproil drinks. I also drink herbal teas, and am going back to fasting periodically again (used to do it more often).

Other suggestions? Or just keep at it? Thanks, Eric.
