Hey, posted this response elsewhere, but posting it here as well because I think it might be helpful:

There is a doctor in Maryland, about 3 hours from me, who specializes in toxic mold and has developed a much cheaper test than the ones you posted, although I don't know the efficacy of them. It is some sort of vision test that you do online. You can then set up an office visit with him, and he takes insurance. He'll treat the toxic mold from there, or you can try to convince your own doctor to treat you. I don't know how effective his treatment is, and I don't see much about mold in the sinuses on his website, but haven't looked much.
