I took one 200mg pill 2x/day, before meals with a glass of water. I still have a bottle laying around so I am going to take it to see if I can clear up the remainder of my sinus fungus/mold issues once and for all, now that your post reminded me. Let us know how your experience goes.

I should also add that it's worth it to take milk thistle (silymarin) after the keto, since keto is known to be hard on the liver.
