I had severe die off when I first used oregano oil on my skin and when I first drank kefir but neither had much of an impact if any after that.

Why would you not continue the jarrow probiotic or kefir if they gave you die off. Isn't that what you're after or am I missing something? Also could you please say what your die off symptoms are if you don't mind.
