My guess, is stop juicing a while. You have that kind of nutrition already. But, it is vata in indian terms and obviously not doing you any good anymore.

You want potatoes and gravy? Eat that,I have a feeling you need meat,like a little steak with it.

I was told when real young I couldn't be a vegetarian. Just too weak for it.

If you keep doing what you've been doing, you will just get the same results. Eat bud, like your friends do.They are healthy, right?

It really irritates me that you try so hard and are given the complete wrong advice....
