Sorry he has to go through that, he's lucky he has you to help him though. I'm a recluse by myself and it sucks. No one gets it so i've isolated myself and lost everyone.

Spirituality is fine, but it's not going to help. Meditation doesn't help, there is actually a real problem going on, i feel it hit me like a wave. 2 hours ago I was ok, out of nowhere trouble breathing, itching, intense pressure in my head like it's going to explode, cant rest/sleep.


There is something wrong, I just have to figure out what.
