Hi, does anyone on here use hypertonic nasal solution regularly? What do your sinuses feel like afterwards. Mine tend to be closed up for a while afterwards, and feel strange (especially tonight after I haven't done it in a long while). It does burn some also while I am doing it. I'm wondering if people without sinus problems have no lingering effects from hypertonic solutions, or if it affects everyone that way?

I am trying to see if my bronchial congestion might be post nasal drip, and also if that is possibly causing recurring bronchitis (from the constant nasal drip). Does anyone know how to determine if a person has post nasal drip?

Regular nasal solutions don't seem to do much to me in the way of making my sinuses feel different.
