I am vegan as my partner has had secondary ovarian cancer and we are both having a very alkaline diet and lifesyle to combat that which is working amazingly for her! I eat most fresh vegetables out of the organic garden and no alcohol, coffee, tea. have brown rice, millet, all vegetables, a few sweet treats using agave or honey. I take lemon drinks before every breakfast and have lemon juice on virtually every meal. We have just bough a water ionixer -life ionizer 9200 which seems like one of the best in the world. I am just not absorbing nutrients.
