Most vegans weight LOW!!! Unfortunately, you're missing out on a lot of nutrients in animal meats and fats raised on pastured grass and their native foods without Antibiotics , pesticides, GMOs, or other garbage. Question, why vegan?

What is your urine pH by the way?! Under 4.6 is very acidic. Take some sodium bicarb (baking soda) in water (not baking powder [aluminum]) if your pH is very low. Citrus and veggies increase pH. Wonder what you're eating, can you list?
