So, my half sister is willing to be a donor for me. She is 15 years old, little Antibiotic use, daily BM, perfect health/skin..

Anyway, I'm a little confused why others do not try this. Even if it doesn't work, I don't see where it could hurt. I haven't had a BM in 11 days now, and have zero urge. I still don't understand why this is normal for me. Lack of flora, since poop is mainly bacteria?

How should I prepare?
