There's nothing quite as bad as a Bad Headache. I have a very mild headache right now approaching the one-day mark of a Water Fast. I may break and start again.
When my headaches get severe, like yours, I do a 'stomach wash' that I learned from Viktoras Kulvinskas. Drink a quart of water, jump up and down for a half-minute, then bring it all up and out. Works for me......WY
