That's great.  My spots WERE going away during the 5 months I was feeling great.  I wasn't specifically focasing on detox, just lots of meditation and Buteyko.  

Seemed like my adrenals, liver, etc started working better and I was detoxing.  At the start of it, I was having 2-3 large brown completely digested bowel movements per day.  Now at am back to 1 lite colored movement per day with some undigested food.

Looking forward to adding the detox approach to see if that will help.  Your experience with it is inspiring.
