i had high sodium for a while too, then low, now it's normal.
taurine is awesome for bile flow which is essencial for us in the detox...
my insomnia went away after the second month of the detox...i only occasionally wake in the night now and it's only after a majorly emotionally stressful few days (which i had last week) but i bounce back super quick....i'm still staying true to the detox and using almost all of the supps that i was in the beginning and i get better and better all the time...i think our bodies want to be well and strong but when they get overloaded they can't function properly and every component of the "machine" begins to malfunction....fix the offending component and everything else starts to work again....
