Hi all, I was wondering what herbs are good for clearing out knee joints? When I walk my knees crunch loudly to the point where other people can hear it. I think it is some type of mineral deposit in my knee joints.

Someone suggested MSM and magneisium, can clean out joints. Are there specific herbs that I could take, and would castor oil packs be helpful?
