Hi, I definitely got worse before I got better...all my symptoms intensified....I also was using mag citrate which was flushing out my liver and during the detox I used to go number two like 4 times a day....the copper dumps would make me feel hot, anxiety, and my thoughts would race, stiff neck etc. Then I would go to the bathroom and things would calm down until my next dose of zinc and it would start all over again....now I take Zinc without any effects at all....But I am also 4 months into the detox
