Wow, Iodine my favorite. Im a lurker. still taking my SSKI , I think its been about 8 months now. Im sipping my Hot salt water with mag and chiken broth, took my selenium pill. Just chillen after work. I check this forum every night. 2 women at work started with some Iodine pills cause i talk about it. I sent them here Im sure not an expert. I was gurmpy today and figured id better do the salt water. It helped right away I was amazed. Like the other post, my sweet tooth has deminished also. My husband started taking lugols. He has a kidney transplant so I was afraid of anything to strong for him. Thanks all for everything.
