 An update on my lower abdominal pain:

I started having bitters 2 days ago and also increased my rice bran intake. This seems to help a lot!!!!!!

Does the gallstones and liver congestion has any relationship to my lower abdoment pain?

The gallbladder likely has nothing to do with this.  More likely there was an infection being compounded by a lack of flora.  And the rice bran is restoring the flora helping to reduce infection and inflammation.

Abdominal pain from the gallbladder is generally upper abdomen.
