Ya I know I'm only supposed to do 10%. I shouldn't of made that last 1mg cut. It threw me off.

I'm feeling much less drugged up, so now i'm able to feel the symptoms of everything more. Where as before I was just desensitized to everything.

I'm going to set a timer and start being extremely consistent with the IF2. I need to first start having at least 3 bowel movements a day. Something backed me up, so once I get moving i'll get to cleaning out the colon =)

I already feel better. I'm still extremely itchy, could be die off. Everything else feels great. I've pretty much been stuck in my house lately, now I feel good enough to go grocery shopping, run errands that are WAY behind.
