I would think so. Since you cleaned before hand, I usually do too, because I just want buttpee, so you can see things float. It is also possible in this case to do just the ES at 8 pm. Put some Seasalt in the first 2 glasses you drink so you get some minerals in you. And do that again to-morrow when you start drinking. I usually use the Seasalt after the flush.
