I'm halfway thru my first flush, and feeling terrible. Not being able to have anything to eat hasn't been hard but not being able to drink since 2 is killing me.

and I AMMMMMMMM hungry.. My super sensitive nose is picking up food scents from down the hall and outside the windows LOL.

Why aren't any beverages allowed during the flush??? Would a cup of green tea really be bad????

But I'm halfway done, so I'll push on thru until tomorrow, but next flush I'm gonna try some of these other suggestions like the magnesium citrate or putting the salts in capsules, and using Coromega Orange Flavored Fish Oil, instead of olive oil.
