I started my first Liver Flush yesterday and just completed it this morning. I don't know if I got any stones because I wasn't really checking but for the first time in 5 years I woke up this morning without my nose being completely stuffed up due to allergies. I knew that the flush was supposed to have an impact on allergies but I never expected such a rapid and dramatic effect after only a single flush.

Also I wonder if I really have any stones to remove because my diet has always been very healthy my whole life and I'm still only in my 20's. But the flush obviously removed something that was causing my daily congestion that appeared out of no where 5 years ago. Should I flush again and if so how soon?
