I'm feeling much better thanks. Haven't had a normal bowel movement since as had a colonic yesterday. Hopefully I'm digesting things okay. I need to do a kidney cleanse now as I'm a big protein eater and the ache a bit but I was in desperate need of a liver cleanse and it wasn't even half as scary as I imagined. Have you done your first one Rick??
