candex, virastop from enzymedica, candida force and detox of course, and a skin formula with blood cleansing herbs, and some efs fish and Borage oil. staying off most other stuff just so I can get the yeast right now and keep my immune up. and im also very into detox diets. I drink like a half gallon of green juice in the morning and eat mostly salads with avocado. but im spending time between meals on purpose so I can do the enxymes on empty and I think its just really working. but in case its an infection I want to make sure im not like "oh im just detoxing" and then get an infection spread to my kidneys and what not. but I want to deal with it naturally reguardless. I would just go to the DR to rule out any serious possibilities...
