I'm a little hesitant to outline my biofilm and diet b/c these have not helped my gut problems. It doesnt matter what I eat, the gas (burping mainly) is still there.

But as I mentioned I know now I have enterovirus and I think that is what is causing my lazy bowels and I think in that condition all foods will cause problems. Of course, the less Sugar i have the less bad I feel but even vegggies create gas.

I do think once the enterovirus is address the other things will start to produce results. But treating enterovirus is an adventure in itself.

I came up with the biofilm protocal myself.
