I literally have no joy or hobbies. My whole life has been in survival/crisis mode and sickness. My free time is going to appts, researching, and finding a competent doctor. My quality of life is null.

I recently saw an AK doc, goodmorningstarshine. IDK if I follow what he's doing. I didn't get good vibes from his office....I went there yesterday and today and was extremely anxious the entire time. His office staff is rude and he didn't explain much to me. When he DID explain stuff, it was so vague and it made me frustrated. I'm having a hard time trusting him....
