My naturopath gave me a saliva test for adrenals. I think I'll take it tomorrow. It's 4 saliva samples throughout the day and 1 urine sample.
I'll report back in about 3 weeks when I get the results.
I think I already know that I have adrenal issues. I am tired and more anxious and depressed in the am and perk up at night and have insomnia. Other signs I have are internal shaking and anxiety. I startle easily and can't handle small amounts of stress which doesn't help me with trying to figure out how to manage both the leaky gut and candida and all of the severe issues I am having with both. It may also part of the reason for the heart rate increases, anxiety, and temp fluctuations I have after eating just about anything.
