Definitely. This recently happened to my husband. He drinks a lot of water, but his salt got out of balance with his potassium due to eating many high-potassium foods. Elevated histamine got his sinuses flowing and messed up. Stepped up both his water and salt. Bye, bye histamine! Back to normal breathing. Wish I'd known this years ago.
