The main symptom that went away was that awful brain fog. Also, I was waking up achy every morning. It was so bad I actually consulted a rheumatologist.

I have to tell you, that although I did all I could on my own, I required sinus surgery. After almost 10 years of periodic Antibiotics because I didn't know better, I had resistant bacteria in my sinuses. My surgeon scraped it all out, and removed a blocakge that was preventing my right sinus from draining. Of course, not everyone will have to go to this extreme. But for me it was a real lifesaver.
