What is the "Galland and Trowbridge advice" u are following?

I am sorry u are going thru such a rough time. I am in your same boat. Some/most days, it doesnt even feel worth the fight anymore, especially when most people don't believe u and/or think it is some other issue---why don't people understand metals and candida?
