Age: 22
H: 170 cm
CW: 70,8 kg
Goal: 55,0 kg

Ff: Juice
Sd: 24 October

I used to be quite fit; worked out almost every day and ate healthy. And then my life kinda derailed, and after some time I also started to put on weight. A good amount. And then some more. Food was a comforting escape there and then.

I stopped overeating quite some time ago, but only now do I feel ready to put in the efforts it takes to get my body into shape again and to lose some of the weight. I started taking classes at the gym 1,5 week ago. My plan is to take 3-4 classes per week (I have a very busy schedule, and know that some weeks I wonīt be able to take 4 classes. The goal is to take 4, but I set the minimum at 3 classes).

I used to water-fast some times when I was younger (yes, Iīm only 22, I know, "younger" bla bla bla). But Iīm not ready to go straight to water-fasting. So the plan is to start with juice-fasting, and then when Iīm ready move on to strictly water. I donīt have a set date for when I want the fast to end. 1) bc I canīt (and donīt want to) tell anyone that Iīm fasting. 2) bc I havenīt done this in a LONG while, so I just need to listen to my body and take it as it comes!

Iīve never done a juice-fast. If anyone could give me some pointers, some comments about their personal experience, that would be great.
