I didn't experience that from seriphos. If you take in during the periods when cortisol is normally HIGH, it knocks it down.

Do you have a 24 hr saliva test to show when you are normally high..if you are.

Dr Lam mentioned to me at one point "no sex".

Anything that stimulates, excites, arouses, scares, etc activates the stress response.

p 0 r n, video games, action movies.....they are all stimulants.

In my case, we had sex without cllmax about 5 times over a couple of days. It felt "calm" to me. I tried to avoid the rush of cllmax, but I guess just the arousal itself was bas enough
