Thanks for the encouraging words.

I keep the LFs to myself and do not tell many people about them since the idea of anything holistic, alternative, and non-conventional seems to be pariah amongst everyone. My family knows but think nothing of it since my health before and after beginning the flushes was good. I try to encourage them to try it out but I'm not much into giving or receiving unsolicited advice.

One question... how come the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) quit working? I'm having trouble w/ my SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) where im mixing 2tbsp Sea Salt in 32oz of room temp water. I'll bloat but not expell anything.
