Exactly. Until you deal with or are able to manage your stress-nothing is going to work for you all the time.
Sometimes I just have to take a handful of valerian root and listen to the smooth jazz cable music channel and think about rainbows and kitty cats.
This is a virus that lives on your nervous system.
Stress has a direct line to its Cell Phone .

get in a routine where you get enough sleep
learn to shut out people who are negative and cause you stress.
when someone is being stressful look at them, see their lips moving and realize somewhere inside you that this person, this problem is not worth an outbreak.

I highly recommend smooth jazz and sangria.
