At it's most "no frills" basic - Clark is simple.

My flush. Eat light (no fat) until 4pm, or just fast that day. (TIme is not that important. I shifted because I go to bed later). ES at 8 and 10. Oil mix at midnight. (I use sunflower and OJ - couldn't take the OO/GF) Drink a glass of water in the morning. Even without the morning ES, you should have an elimnation by 11am. Sometimes, I'll follow with a salt water flush. I do a follow-up ES late afternoon, preceded an hour before and after with a glass of water. Sometimes what seems to be failed flush will manifest late in the day as a result of the afternoon ES.
