Hi All!

I have never done a flush of any kind before. My best friend had done The Master Cleanse several times and raved so much that she finally convinced me to try it. I have just finished my second day (I pland to go for 12). So far, no problems...but also no results. Is this normal to not see any real results at first?

I fear the problem may be with the salt flush. I drink it with no problem but it doesn't really 'pass' in an hour as it is supposed to. I don't think I am adding the right amount of salt.

I know from cooking that uniodized table salt has much more NaCl in it than, say, a coarse ground Sea Salt (simply due to surface area). So which do I use? I can't find a detailed answer. So far I have been measuring 32 ounces of water to two teasoopns of moderately fine ground Sea Salt ...and nada. I am not thirsty, so I don't think the salt is being absorbed.

Also, feel free just to tell me to calm down and be patient. If nothing cool really happens for the first couple days I can handle it. I just want to do this thing right.
