Congrats on getting on a healthy diet! I think it's the soy that is causing your problems. Read this http://www.shirleys-wellness-cafe.com/soy.htm Soy is a toxic food and is now being show to cause numerous problems with people, especially children. It sounds like you've caught on to this. My sister was eating lots of soy for years and now has numerous cysts and other problems relating to her female organs. Soy is bad, do not eat it.
