I use now brand ALA and new roots DMSA...I dont really know exactly how much DMSA I take every dose because the pills are 250MG so I just split them up. If i had to guess, im taking like 50-75mg DMSA every dose and i stopped the ALA because of what I learned about it suppressing copper release.

and no, no digestive issues besides I think I am gluten intolerant...i break out whenever i eat anything with gluten, but i have read that gluten intolerance can be caused by candida or even heavy metals, so we will see.

I did get insane cravings for pastries and bread.
