Which ONE shall i get out of these?:
1)BioPure MicroSilica

dr. klinghardt is using this in his current protocol. very expensive, but worth a try.

2)NaEDTA (BioPure Phospholipid Exchange)

don't take edta if you are mercury toxic

3)CaEDTA (Detoxamin suppositories)

worth a try

4)Green and red clays

safe especially in a bath

5)zeolites,

mixed reports on whether they work or not

6)DMSA

if you are going to mess with dmsa read andrew cutler's books as many times as you have to until you understand it.

7)DMPS

same recommendation as 6)

8)EDTA/detoxamin

suppository? sounds safe.

9)OSR

don't know what it is

10)nanonized chlorella (BioPure Matrix Metals)

mixed reports on effectiveness. some people report redistribution, others say it works.

11)BioPure Phospholipid Exchange (alpha-lipoic acid, phospholipids, and magnesium)

lipoic acid belongs in the same category and dmsa and dmps. even though it is sold OTC it is not a benign vitamin, and it can send you into the looney bin if you don't use it properly. egg yolks and lecithin are some cheap and easy phospholipids. magnesium orotate and malate are usually well tolerated. stay away from magnesium oxide unless you are taking homozon.

And apperantly: (BioPure Matrix Electrolytes at two tablespoons
daily mixed with a capful of M-Water in water and a
teaspoon of agave syrup supports kidney function)

balanced electroylytes are usually good for the kidneys. also known as fruit/vegetable juice.

read the cutler book, do the hair test, and then start. you have to know which metals you are toxic in before you formulate a proper game plan.
