I had been taking zinc for a long time and never saw a big change...it is not that easy to lower copper with zinc alone, because it gets outnumbered by copper with all the food, water etc that it is found in.

My symptoms were fatigue and oily skin and acne. My skin is literally like I just got out of the shower when I woke up today and normally its greasy and oily after just a few hours of getting out of the shower. My tongue also seems to be clearing up!
