Okay checking with Day 1 complete. Having coffee headache, so planning to be in bed by 7pm tonight. I plan to sleep close to 12 hours hopefully, and the rest some tomorrow.

I am hungry, so I keep journaling, and focusing on the healing part of fasting.

The pimples in my face are coming also.

Hoping the hunger pangs will go away in another 24 - 48 hours.

Praying when it gets intense, and then I focus my energy to Proverbs and Psalms.
