I know just what you are saying. I love to play the piano, write articles about issues, organize events for friends and family and when my cortisol was very low I felt like I was living under a rock. It is an awful feeling. I found using the end fatigue energy drink and some isocort-just 1/2 pill every 4 days helped me. Inositol an ingredient known to fight Depression was in the end fatigue drink but I had to discontinue it because of the high copper content.

How long have you been feeling the lack of creativity?
