I agree that you should find out all you can before you begin any kind of chelating. You don't want to chelate blindly. That could be potentially risky.

Do you have silver fillings? Any kind of chelating can be dangerous if you have those little lumps of mercury in your teeth.

If you don't have silver fillings, Chlorella shouldn't hurt you. It just won't be very effective at chelating without the help of something else which pulls the metal out of its hiding places.

I suggest following the Cutler Protocol when you're using ALA (every 3 hours including waking up in the middle of the night to take it again). There are people who use it by itself instead of combining it with DMSA as Cutler suggests.
