It is magnesium sulfate. Mg is used to make important anti-anxiety and antidepressant brain chemicals. It is also good for muscles and constipation. HM toxic folks often don't retain Mg well.

People who have HM problems often are low in sulfates. They are used in the liver to break down certain chemicals. They are involved in the breakdown of phenols and a group of brain chemicals that are associated with alertness and focus.
